Your dog can say goodbye to bad hair days with our luxury grooming services. From the time you step into our salon, your pup will be treated like royalty. Our master groomer has many years of experience, using gentle handling techniques to make the entire process calm and low-stress. From a velvety shampoo to a fresh cut and style. Your furbaby will be turning heads wherever you go and will get a personalized experience during each visit with additional add on's you can select. You should ask about all of the special touches available to truly pamper your precious pet along with maintaining its overall wellness and health.
Behavoir Issue's
We work with many dogs that have been traumatized from past grooming experiences from home grooming or other groomers. If your dog is difficult to groom we will work with you and your dog to make the grooming process less stressful and tolerable. It's a long process and we always do what is best for the dog. Please let us know when making an appointment that your dog has problems with grooming.
**There now is an extra fee for grooming dogs with behavior issue's, it takes extra time**
48-hour Cancellation Policy
If you are no longer able to make your appointment we ask that you give us as much notice as possible to ensure our ability to re-book your appointment slot. We normally have a daily waiting list we utilize, but those on the list need enough notice. Our cancellation policy requires 48 hours to cancel all appointments. Thank you for supporting us by respecting our policy. Out of respect for all of our clients, guests arriving more than 15 minutes late to their appointment may be asked to reschedule. When possible we will do our best to alter your services so that we can offer you an appointment upon your arrival, however, we won't make the next grooming appointment's time later.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
We want you to be 100% satisfied with the dog grooming services you receive. After every grooming service, our stylists will review the fur cut with you to make sure you are happy! If you notice anything that you don’t like when you get home, please call us within 24 hours so that we can alter your pet’s groom to your liking. Changes can be made within 24 hours only. If a correction is not possible, refunds will be given on the fur cut portion of the groom only, not the whole grooming service.
